Get to know why we are specialists

Since beginning his practice in 2013, Kit has been at the forefront of nutrition in Jersey as a member of the British Dietetic Association and part of the Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register. He works with athletes of all ages and abilities and tailors your nutrition to best suit your training and race performance. Whatever your requirements, be it energy issues or wanting to be in perfect shape, Kit makes steady and realistic changes to your diet. He doesn’t believe in quick fixes or fads and works towards long term health and performance for his clients.

Outside of work Kit is a keen sea swimmer, gym goer, and golfer at the Royal Jersey Golf Club. But it's his two young boys who keep him on his toes most of the time!

Qualifications: BSc Sports Coaching, MSc Applied Sport and Exercise Nutrition.

 

 

Paul has 10 years’ experience in the fitness industry and now specialises in sport and exercise nutrition having completed his comprehensive post-graduate diploma with the IOPN. A keen endurance athlete himself, Paul uses his passion for health and nutrition to create bespoke and long-term nutrition plans for his clients. He is focused on outcomes and delivers sustainable results for the people he works with. 

In his spare time Paul craves adventure and the outdoors. He's particularly keen on running and cycling but loves anything energetic and competitive. Since having two young daughters his passions have now expanded to dressing up and watching Disney films on repeat.

Qualifications: BA Hons Business Studies, Dip. Institute of Performance Nutrition, Masters student.
