Why We’ve Added GLP-1 Nutrition Support to Our Workplace Workshops

This isn’t about promoting medication use. It’s about supporting the people who are already using them, responsibly, safely, and with the right nutritional foundations in place.

Medications such as Ozempic and Mounjaro are becoming increasingly common in the workplace. Many employees are now using GLP-1 medications to support weight loss and metabolic health, often alongside busy roles, shift work, travel, and high performance expectations.

But while these medications can reduce appetite effectively, they don’t automatically guarantee good nutrition.

In fact, we’re seeing a growing gap between prescription and practical implementation.

Reduced hunger can lead to:

  • Inadequate protein intake and muscle loss

  • Low energy and poor concentration

  • Micronutrient shortfalls

  • Digestive side effects

  • Under-fuelling while trying to maintain productivity

For businesses investing in wellbeing strategies, this presents a new and often overlooked challenge. Employees may be improving their weight or blood markers, but struggling day-to-day with energy, performance, or sustainable habits.

That’s why we’ve added GLP-1 Nutrition Support Workshops to our corporate offering.

These sessions provide:

  • Clear, evidence-based nutrition guidance

  • Practical, workplace-friendly meal strategies

  • Foundational principles to protect muscle, metabolism, and long-term health

This isn’t about promoting medication use. It’s about supporting the people who are already using them, responsibly, safely, and with the right nutritional foundations in place.

As GLP-1 use continues to grow, workplace wellbeing programmes need to evolve too.
